About Us

The Chamber of Municipal Chairmen, Kerala, is an official organization formed in 1966 with the goal of streamlining the functioning of municipalities for the overall development of Kerala, which is rapidly urbanizing. It comprises the chairpersons of all municipal councils in Kerala. The Chamber has its own office building, named State Municipal House, in Thiruvananthapuram since 1978. The building features a conference hall that can accommodate up to 100 people and Accommodation facilities for 40 people.
